• Open space meetings are the perfect way to lay the basis for a living, grounded and well balanced architecture that’s highly adaptive.
• User Story Maps are great to make sure that all relevant stakeholder needs are met in each release, while keeping the planning process fast, lightweight and inclusive.
• Diagrams of Effects and Value Stream Maps can paint a picture of the situation, to make sure we all understand which solutions will add what value.

Security

Fighting spammers, fishers and maintaining security requires continuous attention. We strive to reduce your response time by making your procedures simple, repeatable, and automated. By running our own servers and businesses, and dealing with security threats and the occasional breach in an open and ongoing way, we keep ourselves informed of the latest technology and methods, and can lighten the load in your security project management schedule.

Software development

Developing software is not our goal. Delivering software that does what you need it to do is. Our initial approach is to find fitting open source software. If we can’t find a solution that fits closely enough, we offer a variety of possible solutions using software development.

Support

You can also contact us if and when you get stuck. We run a lot of software and if we know how to get unstuck from where you are stuck, we will pass on our solutions. If we don’t know, you can hire us to research your problem.

Training

With our software tool training you can count on qualified teachers and trainers as well as IT experts, to show you the ins and outs of software through exercises and real world scenarios. You can even bring your own machine if you want to, and take the working results home. Our workshops focus on teaching you to install, configure, upgrade and update a particular tool or tool set. And you can also ask us to design and run a workshop for training your trainers to propagate workable knowledge in your company or community as fast and cost effective as can be.
